The vision began with our founder, Ash, who grew up cooking with her mother and learned early how transformative great food could be. Later, while working in the fashion and art industries, she saw caviar at countless events and wondered if she could create something just as special to eat as caviar, but without the harm. Experiments in her own kitchen soon led to collaborations with leading culinary scientists and research labs.
The result is Pearle, a decadent wakame-based caviar crafted using molecular gastronomy. Our name reflects our philosophy: just as a pearl is formed through time, care, and natural beauty, Pearle products are the result of meticulous craftsmanship and a deep respect for nature.
